at 8pm in the small hall.

Help and support is given to any ex-service personnel and their dependents,

you don’t have to be a member of the Legion.

Short Mat Bowls

Fed up with the Telly? the come along on

Sunday evenings from 7pm until 10pm

for a social game of Short Mat Bowls

Both new and experienced bowlers welcome.

PATCHWORK AT THE VILLAGE HALL

Since 1992 there has been patchwork at the Village Hall. It began with a group  that were keen to learn both hand and machine patchwork, there are now three groups meeting on a regular basis.

PATCHWORK PALS

A class led group which meets as follows:

Group 1 – Friday Morning once a fortnight

Group 2 – Saturday morning once a month

FERRERS QUILTERS

Meets on the second and fourth Thursday evenings of each month, with speakers on textile related subjects.

Village Hall Trading (SWF) Ltd uses the lounge areas including upstairs every evening 7pm – 11pm and lunchtimes at weekends 12 noon – 3pm. Please ask if you are interested in becoming a member.

The SWF Horticultural Society uses the main hall twice a year for their Spring & Autumn shows
